Miguelina Guesthouse

Miguelina Guesthouse, located in the city of  Trinidad. It is just 5 minutes from the historical centre of the city, where one will find all the main tourist attractions. We are just 5 museums from the city, where one will find many markets.

The house has 2 rooms with independent baths and each one has air conditioning, also it is provided with room, dining room, kitchen, patio and a garden ours where lodgers enjoy our exciting climate. There offer to themselves gastronomic services (I have breakfast, I have lunch and dinners) which are abundant and very tasty and different coctails prepared to the moment are offered, also there offers famous Canchanchara Trinitaria, drink prepared from Aguardiente or Cuban rum, honey, lemon and water that to opinion of our hosts is better that it is prepared in Trinidad. Garage exists for the parking of cars. The proprietress can offer service of guide for the city, since the same one is a guide in one of the museums of the city.

A very nice couple runs this nice casa. For 4 CUC’s each they will serve you a good breakfast (fresh juice!) and for 10 CUC’s each they’ll serve you a very good dinner (better than you will get in any restaurant in Trinidad! Peter/Ingrid

If you want to live and feel the cuban spirit and lifestyle this is a casa to visit! A basic level of the spanish language is a must! Very good meals and a clean, safe enviroment, made this stay very nice! T&M from Sweden

Miguelina and Pastro were the best hosts. They entertained and fed us conchuncura’s (the local cocktail), followed by a beautiful meal of native fish and dessert of fresh fruit from the garden. We speak minimal-no Spanish but managed to communicate and they were very helpful and welcoming including meeting us in the main square to reach their house!! We had a brilliant night and wish we’d had more…..

Miguelina and Pastor (her husband) are one the most enchanting hosts we have met in Cuba. Plenty of informations about Trinidad, the local food, and the local sights around the city were provided as Miguelina is also a Spanish-Prof and works for a local museum. They made us have a wonderful time at their casa, and we highly recommend this casa to anyone interested in staying in Trinidad. Try the traditional food of the \”mambises\” (former independent fighters) or \”coditos\” (noodles with sauce bolognese)!!! Thanks you 2 for giving us a wonderful time! Saludos de Austria, Christian y Kerstin
